Parents of a Dozen: Parents of a Dozen Family Update

It has been awhile since we did a family update. Here are some more current pictures of our children and us.

We live in a suburb of Chicago, and we enjoy having the four seasons.

I am home schooling five or our children while working part time on our Shaklee home business which enabled us to have an additional income. It is the number one natural nutrition company in the U.S. and our health has never been better. Doug has been working for a company for the last year and a half and things are going well and we do not have to do the house flipping anymore.

It is hard to believe we are going to be married for 30 years, July 2013 and have 12 wonderful children.

Douglas (December 1985) is an insurance underwriter and…

…is also married to a wonderful lady, Ann Marie from “White House Black Shutters” and is expecting number four in July. Check out their blog for pictures and family updates.

David (September 1987) is a math teacher at a local high school, caddies during the summer, enjoys disc golfing, and we still have the pleasure of having him at home with us.

Elisabeth (July 1989) is a cosmetologists and is from “Beauty Blondie”. Check out her blog for all kinds of beauty tips.

She is engaged to a very nice gentleman and will be married in Sept 2013. She also has a special “Wedding Wednesday” feature you may enjoy.

Daniel (April 1994) is currently going to a local community college taking general education classes. He enjoys snowboarding, disc golfing and will be caddying this summer.

Michael (November 1995) is a senior in high school and will be going to the community college in the fall. He will also be caddying in the summer.

Hannah (July 1997) is a sophomore in high school and is my biggest helper with the little ones. She is also going to start a cosmetology program in the fall.

Rachelle (July 1999) is in 7th grade and loves to cook and bake which is a huge help to me also. She also is taking dance classes, which she really enjoys.
