One of the things we enjoy doing in the homes we remodel is to make them more desirable. What woman wouldn't love to have all these cabinets in her laundry room? A nice large wash tub? Ceramic tile that could take the traffic from the garage? This is the laundry room of one of the houses we remodeled and sold.
This is what it looked like before. Not much to it! It is still the same size but not very desirable.
This is what it looked like after. We replaced the ceramic tile, painted, added cabinets, a new wash tub, and a washer and dryer. We reused the Corian counter from the kitchen island.

Definitely my dream laundry room! Every home we've lived in has had a 'laundry closet.' It drives me crazy. You guys have really done a fabulous job with this house.
